OK, so I'll try to explain how it works. You get a map of the world and a watch you can attach to it with a magnet. Every color in the map is a different time zone. For example, if I want to know the time in Russia right now, I'll find Russia on the map and see that it is yellow. Now, I will take the watch, and find the yellow dot on it and aline it with the yellow dot on the lowest part of the poster and will get the right time in that place. and so on..
