Last week

I celebrated my birthday. First time not at home. And Rebecca got me a beautiful gift, she made me a very special ring. It's made out of tiny copper tubes and sawed in the back with black thread.

The kind of things



That would make you smile all day. This is Baibaba Bimba by an amazing band from Tokyo called The Tenniscoats. I listened to it the first time 4 hours ago, and i can't stop listening to it. Thank you dear Rebecca for making me listen to it. For the story behind the video click here.

Strawberry jam forever


Once again I found myself in the kitchen. I love strawberry jam, I eat it every morning with bread and butter. So I asked my mother for the best recipe and I did it. So easy and so tasty. And now I have enough for a year.

There is nothing



My father likes more then trams and trains. For all my parents visit here all we did was trying all the diferent tipe of trams. Like my father, I love trams, but I'm not sure what i think of this strange button.

Well I realized I can't just talk about the lakes and not show some water. So this was the view from our picnic spot.

My friend Rachel came to visit me for two weeks. We rented a car and went to see the beautiful lakes up in the north of Italy. This picture was taken in a town called Stresa, a charming place on the Lago Maggiore. A friend told me it reminded him of 'The Dream' by Salvador Dali.

Sony Ericsson workshop




In the Politechnico they have a thing called Design workshop. I was lucky enough to get a workshop in my second week. The workshop was held in the campus and was sponsored by Sony Ericsson. The brief was to design an application for a new phone coming out. Our application was a game. 'Shake It'. We presented it in the design week here in Milan last month.

Since I got here I walk everywhere, no Metro, just my feet and I. This time Mor and I went for a walk from Garibaldi to the Duomo. On our way we noticed these wonderful shades.
