Israeli fruit.. It's the best, no doubt about it. We had a BBQ planned and no dessert, So we took the picker and went picking some prickly pears. It's a very high maintenance fruit, you have to pick it with a special tool, wash it to take off the big thorns, peel it without touching the small thorns and then put it in the fridge. But it was all worth it.
